ALOHA

Retired and loving it. I didn't start playing music until I was 30yrs old. Now at 70 I have enough time to persue the things I love to do. My day usually starts with a walk on the beach with my wife.

Then fiishes with evening at the beach. Most times, weather permitting, I'll play the music I love. Prior to moving to Hawaii I played with a jazz group on the mainland.

After moving to the islands I fell in love with the older Hawiian music. Since I play the sax it was a natural for me to start playing the beautiful older Hawaiian songs.

This was a challenge as there are very few sax players who have attempted to play Hawaiian music. My love for jazz leaked over into my desire to play Hawaiian.

The blend has led to a special approach to Hawaiian music and is especially appropriate played at sunset on the beach. A great way to finish the Day.
