APACHE JUNCTION AZ (IFS) -- Patrick Howley wasted no time in challenging Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax to face time in the courts over a story long ago from 2004. It's the standard "He Said, She Said" debate that goes on forever. And as always, it really doesn't matter, once someone points a finger at you and make allegations, you are dead in the water. Just look at the demise of Michael Avenatti - here today gone today. A man is always guilty until proven innocent, but it doesn't matter -- you are dead at the point of a gun and you can't say 'no' enough to the situation. Never!
