APACHE JUNCTION AZ (IFS) -- Several years ago, Vimeo started placing limits on the upload accounts, then capped them permeate at 500MB for the life of the accounts.  The majority of the Film Restoration Groups who upload videos and who did not sign-up for their expensive monthly service, finds themselves being deleted.  The excuse to terminate one's account is the TOS agreement about only uploading your own created videos.  In film restoration, these videos and films are over 75-100 years old and in the public domain, however, Vimeo uses language as "Ripped movies and videos that are not yours", etc., to cancel the majority of these accounts.
