IT'S NOT OVER

Beverly Brown Simms

Born and raised in Enterprise, Alabama, she discovered her passion for singing at a young age in church. She is married to Brian, and they have one son, Bryson. In 2010, her family faced an unimaginable tragedy with the loss of their firstborn son, Adam, at just two years old.

Despite her heartbreak, she pursued her education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2020. She now works as a Kindergarten teacher while continuing her music career. Her powerful voice has earned her multiple accolades, including Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year from the Alabama Music Association in 2004 and 2023 for Traditional Gospel. In March 2024, she received Adult Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year from the North America Country Music Association.

Since April 2024, she has been sharing her story and testimony of how God carried her through tragedy, using her music as a source of hope and healing. Her first radio single, “Let Me Tell You,” went platinum, reaching No. 1 in Australia and No. 9 in the U.S. Her highly anticipated second single, “It’s Not Over,” was released in February 2025.

“It’s Not Over” is a powerful reminder that no matter the struggles we face, God is a source of hope and miracles. He will never leave nor forsake us. No matter how difficult the journey, don’t give up—because it’s not over.

Her mission is to inspire, encourage, and uplift others through her music and testimony, proving that even in the darkest moments, faith can lead to healing and renewed strength.
